This project aims to support adult learners, particularly those facing challenges in the labor market and social marginalization, by developing their social, civic, and relational skills. These skills willenhance their social inclusion, active participation in democratic life, and employability. The key strategic objective of the project is to empower learners to self-assess and undertake personal development projects that contribute to their social inclusion and employability. The project also promotes civic engagement and participation, in line with recent policy initiatives to develop social and relational skills alongside traditional employability skills.Among other outcomes, a digital toolkit for adult learners and guidelines for educators were developed within the project.
