DESCRIPTION:Opening up / Decompartmentalising educationalapproaches – the benefit of mixing up citizenship education and profession » workshop\, focusing onthe LICEAL project funded by the ERASMUS+ programme\, \nDate :20th of November \nTime: 10:00 to 12:00 \nLocation : Caritas Europa\, Rue de la Charité 43\, 1210 Brussels \nLight lunch offered at 12:30 \nThis project aims to support adult learners\, particularly those facing challenges in the labor market and social marginalization\, by developing their social\, civic\, and relational skills. These skills willenhance their social inclusion\, active participation in democratic life\, and employability.The key strategic objective of the project is to empower learners to self-assess and undertake personal development projects that contribute to their social inclusion and employability. The project also promotes civic engagement and participation\, in line with recent policy initiatives to develop social and relational skills alongside traditional employability skills.Among other outcomes\, a digital toolkit for adult learners and guidelines for educators were developed within the project. \nABOUT THE WORKSHOP \nThe workshop has two main goals: \n1. Sharing and Validating the Digital Toolkit:The toolkit developed by the project transforms collected knowledge into practical methodologicaltools for adult learners. It helps learners identify their own learning needs and design personalizedlearning paths that address both employability and citizenship learning needs in an integratedmanner. This capacity building will focus mainly on the self-positioning tool on strategic competencesempowering the learner both in social and professional life. \n2. Sharing and Validating the Educator Guidelines:The guidelines titled “EMPOWERING ADULTS: LIFE CAREER PATH AND ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP -Practice-oriented guidance for educators” are designed for trainers and educators workingwith adult learners. These guidelines aim to enhance educators’ competencies in supportingadults through learning paths that link citizenship skills and employability. \nDuring the workshop\, both the digital tools and the guidelines will be presented. DESCRIPTION:Le FREREF est ravi de vous inviter\, au nom du consortium MUST-a-Lab\, à la conférence « Démocratie participative au travail – Retour sur les expériences locales d’intégration »  à Bruxelles le 28 novembre\, de 9h à 17h. \nMUST-a-Lab est un projet qui vise à inclure les personnes marginalisées\, en particulier les migrants\, dans le processus de prise de décision de la municipalité dans laquelle ils vivent. Ce processus prend la forme d’un Policy Lab : un laboratoire de participation politique qui réunit des migrants\, des acteurs locaux et des décideurs. L’idée est de permettre aux migrants de participer activement à la résolution des problèmes clés qui les affectent. \nL’objectif de la conférence est de présenter les résultats obtenus tout au long de la durée de vie du projet\, ainsi que d’établir un espace de discussion et de présenter de nouvelles opportunités pour de futurs projets. En ce sens\, un temps sera consacré aux échanges d’expertise et de points de vue. C’est pourquoi votre participation serait très appréciée\, car elle pourrait contribuer à l’amélioration générale du projet.
