About the project
Following the conclusions of the group work “Rethinking the link education- training- companies” in Rhones-Alpes, and during the 2015 UERT in Konstanz, the FREREF lauched in October 2016 a European project in partnership with 8 other European structures. The convergence between the field of education and the economic sphere represent a key element for young people’s employability, as well in France as in the whole European Union.
The 9 partners of Cokleeco (“building COmmon KnowLEdge between Education and COmpany ») from 5 different countries, Belgium, France, Italy, Poland and Spain) are representing the economic sphere and the education field. They expect to design a common European training pathway for teachers, and facilitate the creation of partnership.
The first step of the project was dedicated to the collect of innovative practices which enabled to identify 44 different practices among the partner territories. Based on those practices, territories have designed a common European training pathway with a common structure, but with specific content relevant for each local context. Tested, these pathways were discussed during a mobility week to establish a common European pathway for all partners.
This learning pathway was then tested during the mobility week in Grenoble, France. For one week, about twenty participants from the countries of the project partners shared their own representation of the world of school and commpanies with other actors to work together to develop new practices. These « pilot actions » are currently being tested by the partners, sometimes in a transnational way.
The first feedback from the fieldwork (teachers and companies) are very positive. The project organized a multiplier event in Brussels in connection with the 5th anniversary of the Fondation Pour l’Enseignement (one of the partner of the consortium) to promote the content produced by the partners and to make recommendations to the decision-makers in order to sustain the tools and spirit developed by Cokleeco .

L’histoire du projet
Suite aux travaux du groupe de travail « Repenser le lien éducation-formation-entreprise » en Rhône-Alpes et à l’UERT 2015 de Constance, la FREREF a lancé en octobre 2016 un projet européen en compagnie de 8 autres partenaires européens. Le rapprochement entre éducation et monde économique représente un élément clé pour l’employabilité des jeunes, tant en France que dans l’ensemble des pays de l’Union Européenne.
Les 9 partenaires du projet Cokleeco – pour « building COmmon KnowLEdge between Education and COmpany » – issus de 5 pays européens (Espagne, Italie, France, Pologne et Belgique) représentant aussi bien le monde économique que celui de l’éducation, travaillent à la construction d’un parcours de formation européen dédié aux enseignants mais aussi aux acteurs économiques pour faciliter la création de partenariats.
Le projet est désormais dans sa dernière phase. La première étape du projet a été consacrée au recueil des pratiques innovantes qui a permis d’identifier 44 pratiques à travers les territoires du projet. Sur la base de ces pratiques, les partenaires ont ensuite élaboré un parcours de formation reprenant une architecture commune mais qui restait spécifique à chacun des territoires. Ces pratiques ont été discutées lors d’une semaine de mobilité pour établir un parcours de formation Européen commun à l’ensemble des partenaires.
Ce parcours a ensuite été lui-même testé lors du semaine de mobilité à Grenoble, en France. Pendant une semaine, une vingtaine de participants issus des pays des partenaires du projet ont partagé leur propre représentation du monde de l’école et de l’entreprise avec d’autres acteurs pour travailler ensemble à l’élaboration de nouvelles pratiques. Ces « actions-pilotes » sont actuellement testées par les partenaires, parfois de manière transnationales.
Les premiers retours obtenus de la part des acteurs de terrain (enseignants et acteurs du monde économique) sont très positifs. Le projet a organisé une conférence à Bruxelles pour faire état des contenus produits par les partenaires et formuler des recommandations à l’attention des décideurs politiques pour une meilleure prise en compte, à l’avenir, des outils et réflexions développés par Cokleeco en lien avec le 5e anniversaire De la Fondation Pour l’Enseignement (un des partenaires du consortium).
