Child Up plenary meeting – Northampton
Le consortium du projet Child Up s’est réuni début septembre à l’université de Northampton au Royaume-Uni pour la seconde fois. En tant que partenaire en charge de la communication et de la dissémination nous avons échangé avec les chercheur·ses des différentes universités sur les recherches en cours et les concepts clés qui sous-tendent le projet. Les membres du comité scientifique sont intervenu·es pour mieux définir l’approche multidisciplinaire du projet, les concepts autour de la communication interculturelle et présenter les différents contextes nationaux.
Le groupe de travail dédié à la communication et à la dissémination s’est également réuni avec le comité international des parties prenantes (stakeholders’ committee). De nombreuses organisations ont apporté leur expertise sur le sujet comme l’association Save the Children, ECHO (Utrecht Centre for diversity Policy), OBESSU (Organising Bureau of European School Students’ Unions), Parents International, Alliance for Childhood, et l’unité pour l’éducation des personnes migrantes du ministère de l’éducation en de l’emploi maltais.
Child Up consortium met by the beginning of September at the University of Northampton, UK, for the second time. As partner in charge of communication and dissemination, we exchanged with researchers of the different universities about on-going researches and key concepts underlying the project. Members of the advisory board have made presentations of the multidisciplinary approach, concepts around intercultural communication and specific national contexts.
The Communication and dissemination working group also met with members of the international stakeholders’ committee. Numerous organisations brought their expertise in the field such as Save the Children, ECHO (Utrecht Centre for diversity Policy), OBESSU (Organising Bureau of European School Students’ Unions), Parents International, Alliance for Childhood, and the migrant learners‘ unit of the Maltese ministry for Education and Employment.
